1- Copyrights

Customers will get the rights when they purchase the logo and clear the payments. However, we do not offer copyright registration.

2 – Acknowledgements & Guarantees

Customers acknowledge that we are responsible for design transfers. Once you’ve made payment, the final files will be transferred to you. We guarantee the protected delivery of your design.

After delivering the final design files, we’ll not be responsible for anything you do with your design.

3- Intellectual Property Rights

Customers acknowledge that by purchasing logos from us, they gain the intellectual property rights to those logos.

4- Refunds

All our custom design packages come with a 100% money-back guarantee. Customers can claim a refund at any time before the finalization of their project if they do not like the work. The refund will be processed within 48 working hours, as long as the request is made within 15 days from the initiation of the project.

Once the project is completed and the customer approves the design, refunds can be claimed within a limited period of 3 months only if the logo is found to be copied or copyrighted by someone else.

5- General Payment Terms

All payments will be processed and dealt with in USD.

You (“Customers“) agree that you are responsible for any taxes on your purchase of logos via the site. DigitalMonic is not responsible for collecting, remitting, or paying your taxes.

6- Usage Policy

You agree not to breach any third-party rights, including trademark, copyright, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights, which are unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful.

You comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

You agree not to use the site for:

(a) Uploading malicious computer viruses or software intended to damage the site or system.

(b) Overloading servers.

(c) Gaining unauthorized access to site data, servers, systems, or services.

(d) Using automated agents, programs, or scripts to create multiple accounts, generate automated requests, searches, or queries, or scrape or mine data from services.

(e) Displaying or mirroring the site.

All designs sold on our site are original and unique.

There is no copyrighted material, content, or design published on our site.

8- Certain Restrictions
